About the role

We currently have opportunities for PCA’s, to join our dedicated team, at our St Helena location on casual basis.  We are seeking reliable, experienced, and confident PCA’s to provide exceptional quality care for our residents. 

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Sound Computer skills
  • Dementia experience training (highly regarded)
  • Patient, caring and empathetic nature
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse range of residents
  • Minimum 6 months experience in the Aged Care Industry (preferred)
  • Current Victorian Police Check
  • Covid 19 vaccination certificate including the booster shot
  • The ability to work in Australia (either Australian citizen or Permanent Resident).
