At Abound Communities, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate HOME CARE SUPPORT WORKER to join our HOME CARE MANAGEMENT team in North Fitzroy. This is a casual position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring home care support. As a HOME CARE SUPPORT WORKER, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing practical support and assistance to clients in their own homes, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Supporting clients with mobility and physical activities.
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Engaging clients in meaningful activities and providing companionship.
- Observing and reporting any changes in clients' health or living conditions.
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
